9. PRICES

While we endeavor to ensure accurate pricing, we reserve the right not to supply incorrectly priced goods. In such cases, you may choose to reconfirm the order at the corrected price or receive a full refund.

10. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for losses arising from out-of-stock items or delivery issues. Claims for incomplete or damaged items must be made in writing within three days of delivery.

11. RETURNS

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase within seven working days of the item’s delivery date. This right applies exclusively to unopened items in their original, sealed packaging.

Customers are responsible for the return of unwanted goods at their own expense using a ‘signed for’ carrier service. We do not offer exchanges for items that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect after this seven-day period, nor for items that have been used or removed from their original packaging. Upon inspection, the refund will be credited minus the initial carriage charge.

Please note that returned ‘Special Order Items’ may incur a handling charge, as per the manufacturer’s terms. This charge may amount to as much as 35% of the original invoiced amount from certain manufacturers. We advise customers to carefully review and confirm all specifications before placing an order.

12. OUR CONTRACT

Upon placing an order to purchase a product from DANDCTRADERS.CO.UK, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order, containing the details of your purchase. Your order constitutes an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we dispatch the product to you.

13. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION TRADERS Limited, as well as its employees and agents, harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs, and other expenses arising from any claims or actions brought against DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION TRADERS Limited due to any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities resulting from your use of this Website.

14. SEVERANCE

If any of these Terms and Conditions are deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction, such term or condition shall be severed. The remaining Terms and Conditions shall continue to be binding and enforceable, and shall remain in full force and effect.

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION TRADERS Limited shall not be held liable for any default arising from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, shortages of materials from manufacturers, strikes, lockouts, or other industrial actions, difficulties in obtaining labor or parts, government regulations, or other events beyond the reasonable control of DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION TRADERS Limited.

16. GOVERNING LAW

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION TRADERS Limited shall not be held liable for any default arising from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, shortages of materials from manufacturers, strikes, lockouts, or other industrial actions, difficulties in obtaining labor or parts, government regulations, or other events beyond the reasonable control of DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION TRADERS Limited.
